I’m an independent strategy and impact consultant with over a decade of experience helping organisations create meaningful, evidence-led change. My work brings together deep knowledge of the justice, education, arts and charity sectors with practical expertise in:

My Experience & Background

Before launching my consultancy, I held senior roles including Chief Impact Officer, Head of Strategy and Performance, and Trustee of a grant-making foundation. These experiences shaped my belief that strong strategy and meaningful evaluation are inseparable – and that both work best when they’re collaborative, transparent and human.

My Approach

My work is guided by clarity, evidence and inclusion. I partner closely with clients to understand their context, identify what really matters, and design frameworks and strategies that strengthen learning, accountability and impact. Whether it’s developing a theory of change, embedding evaluation tools, or supporting boards and leadership teams, I focus on practical solutions that help organisations act with confidence and purpose.

At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to social justice – working alongside people and communities who are often overlooked or excluded, to ensure they are heard, included in shaping the solutions that affect them, and empowered to drive change themselves.
